Join the Midtown Neighborhood Association at its 2017 Annual Meeting to learn about what we've accomplished this year, what's on our agenda in 2018, and to vote in new Board Members.

Staff from the City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department will be on hand at our Annual Meeting to discuss the City's plan to install a HAWK (High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk) light on Thomas Road at 1st Street.

Xandon Keating from the City's Economic Development Program will discuss the City's plan to issue an RFP for city-owned property at 36 and 42 West Holly Street. These are currently empty parcels adjacent to the parking structure for the 2120 North Central Avenue building.

Kendra Lee from APS will present and answer questions on a new electricity substation proposed at 2nd Street and Clarendon.

Plus we'll hear from Officer Ben Harris, Vice Mayor Laura Pastor's office, and Cyndy Gaughan of Phoenix Community Alliance.
