Join us for a Midtown Planning and Development Meeting

Ever wonder about a project in your area?  What's being built there? What happened to that project that was going in there? Are they going to be condos? Apartments? Townhouses? Affordable housing? Why did they change their plans? What's going on?

These are just some of the questions that pop up during our community meetings. For the 1st time, Midtown Neighborhood Association is putting on a Planning and Development meeting just for these questions and more! In a joint effort with the City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department, we will bring some planners to discuss projects that are in the process and some yet to come.  There will also be a zoning attorney to help break down why some developers don't need to explain what is happening on a specific  project.

Please help us in creating a meeting filled with information about the developing of Midtown.

The boundaries we will be discussing are from Hance Park to Steele Park and from 7th Ave. to 7th St.
